We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring our comfort. The room amenities were exceptional, with a spacious sitting area and a terrace offering stunning views. The air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool, and the mini-bar provided a convenient selection of drinks. The housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this place to our friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent services.

The hotel was located in a peaceful area and had a great onsen. We enjoyed having the onsen all to ourselves and it was revitalizing. the staff was pleasant and friendly, despite their limited English. the rooms were cozy and rustic, but clean and well-maintained.
The breakfast was not appetizing and we regretted paying for it in advance. It would have been better to pay for it only on the first day and decide later if we wanted to continue.

Great private onsen experience. Limited guests helped us to have the onsen to ourselves. Despite staff’s limited English skills, they were friendly and accommodating.

The onsen experience at the hotel was a highlight of our stay. It was a pleasant surprise to have access to a private onsen daily, as there weren't many guests during our visit. We were able to enjoy the relaxing hot springs at our chosen times, which added a nice touch to our vacation. the staff were generally friendly and welcoming, despite their limited English skills.
One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast. We would recommend not paying for breakfast in advance, especially if staying for multiple nights.
